Michael Jacobson
Chairman
Michael is Chairman of AusConnect, representing Oceania Capital Partners. He is an Executive Director of Oceania Capital Partners, which he joined as a non-executive director in 2012.
He chairs the Crimsafe group and sits on the board of Boody. Michael's earlier career spans listed industrials and investment companies in Australia and South Africa.

Lionel Baldwin
Director
Lionel is a director of AusConnect, representing Oceania Capital Partners. He has been Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Oceania Capital Partners since 2012.
Alongside the finance function, Lionel works directly with portfolio company boards on governance, reporting and transactions, serving as a director of Crimsafe, Glow Dreaming and Puremedic Health.

Ben Collins
CEO, Co-Founder
Prior to AusConnect, Ben worked extensively in the construction industry in various public and private sectors. He has over 20 years of experience working in all areas from Directional Drilling, Civil Construction and Project Management.
Ben prides himself on reliability, safe working methods and quality assurance and this is evident throughout the business.

David Collins
COO, Co-Founder
Prior to AusConnect, David worked extensively in the construction industry. He has over 20 years of experience working in all areas from Directional Drilling, Civil Construction and Project Management.
David prides himself on his problem solving ability, believing there is no such thing as a problem, only solutions. David is a qualified Plumber bringing his experience in this area to AusConnect.
