AusConnect’s overall quality objective is to ensure that AusConnect delivers a consistently high level of service and outcomes that meet or exceed our client’s expectations.

We see Quality as an integral part of our DNA – with the concept of quality interwoven into our company’s core values and everything we do.

Outside of our core values and culture of quality – AusConnect has adopted a system of policies and procedures within our Integrated Management System (IMS) that strives to ensure these objectives are met, these include:

Standards based approach – AusConnect utilises appropriate forms and checklists to ensure checks and balances are in place for quality, safety, environmental management, and more

Training – Adequate and appropriate training / qualifications of personnel to ensure the job skills match the job requirements

Internal audits – AusConnect utilises internal spot audits to ensure the quality of our outputs meet our and our client’s expectations and requirements

External audits – AusConnect utilises external audits of our key management processes and field activities to ensure quality
